You Never Know Who's Watching: A Real Estate Story

As a real estate agent, I've always known that technology has changed the game. From ring doorbells to outside cameras, it's not uncommon for homeowners to keep an eye on their properties and their surroundings. However, I was in for a surprise when I was showing a piece of land to a potential client.

The lot was in a residential area, but it was at the end of the street, so it was secluded and surrounded by trees. As I was showing the clients the property and explaining the good qualities of the area, I noticed a neighbor in a tree, watching and listening to our whole conversation.

I was surprised to see that he was there, but it just goes to show that you never know who is watching or listening. Whether it's potential buyers or curious neighbors, it's important to always be professional and put your best foot forward.

So the next time you're out on a property showing or doing business, remember that someone may be watching or listening, so always be on your best behavior. You never know when your next customer may come from the most unexpected places.
